Now I often find myself watching what someone else is doing and thinking "ooh, that looks like fun, I think I'll go on that ride next".
It is a heck of a lot easier to stay high-vibe when your body feels good.

Although I have always liked to move and have considered myself pretty athletic, I let myself be intimidated by the unknowns of going to the gym for many years.
It wasn't until I met and married my husband, a true fitness buff, that I begin to see the gym, not as a place to be feared, but as a sort of amusement park with all different sorts of experiences to choose from.

It is very hard to force yourself to do something you've told yourself you hate but if you can switch your perspective and find the fun in fitness, a plethora of pleasures await.
